I was contacted via US postal mail by Credit Management LP.
The collection notice states that I owe COMCAST $100.
I tried to verify the debt with COMCAST and they did not have any records of any outstanding balances with them.
COMCAST also called this company twice to let them know the account is not a valid number for any accounts within their company.
Credit Management LP has noted this fraudulent debt on my credit report with all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion).
At this time, I am attempting to purchase a home and this issue is significantly harming my credit chances.
