Type of a scam Credit Cards

A credit card company called claiming it was our visa company asking if we wanted to continue insurance on our card. I t occured at 12:49pm. They asked if I wanted to talk with someone and I said "yes" so I could get them to stop calling me, then they hung up!! When I called back all I got was a busy signel! Then I heard about the phone scams on the news and I called my Visa company to find out if it was them and it was not!! I called them at 6:39pm this evening. I talked to Belle there and there hasn’t been any other charges YET! I’m not sure what to do now! HELP!!!!
