Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

was told i was approved for a loan that i applied for have never applied for a loan on the internet she told me she was not afraid of me because i told her i was calling my Lawyer and the Police she said Bi*** i will smack you all day long. I guess she felt threatened because i knew it was a scam the phone number is 845-345-0266. I get this call about once a month maybe 2 times I have told them to take me off there list or I will call my Lawyer and sue them for harassment.
