Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Received call from 770-462-2243 and the following happened:

They called me today several times. I did not answer but listened to voice mail and decided to call them back. A lady told me that I have two felony charges against me; 1 Felony Count for Fraud and 1 Felony Count for malicious attempt to commit fraud because of a pay day loan from 2012. She could not tell me the name of the Payday loan company and wanted me to pay today. I told her I could not pay today, she then lowered the amount. I again told her I could not pay that amount. She lowered the amount again and told me that the company she represents would allow her to offer a settlement if I pay today. I told her "No" I could not pay today. I was placed on hold several times and each time a different female would come on the phone line. She said that I would be arrested and to get an attorney and be prepared to pay court cost and other cost. I said do whatever you need to do and I hung up. I am glad I found out this info online about others that have gotten a call from this telephone number. I think this is just a collection agency

Then they called me from 404-793-6529 gave their names as Michelle Stewart and the other was Brandy Byers from some law firm Craig Moore House & Assoc
