Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

After becoming a non-profit, they send a letter to you with urgent filing deadlines. They use a lot of law and say that you will be held liable if you don’t send them money. They say that they will file minutes for your annual meeting on your behalf as if you will be breaking the law or go to jail if you don’t send them a check. I understand that they may say that it is a legit service, but they way they go about it is pushy and makes you write a check before you know what is going on. This is deceitful. They need to be stopped.
