Type of a scam Employment

I had a voicemail left on my cell phone and called back. I was offered a job for a 6th month contract for Telsa. I was asked for the last 5 digits of my social security number and asked my availability to work and my email address in order to send a job description to read over and send back. She double checked my email address but did not have it correctly and I finished it for her. She also asked for any alternative phone numbers. Few moments later she texted me on the number I called her on which was not a number I had given her to call me on and asked if I received the email yet and if there was another email I could access now rather than waiting to go home in order to access my own email address. The email asked for the last 5 digits of my ss and. Also wanted a typed name authorization to release my application to be send to facebook. I was never told how my application was recieved.
