Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased an item from this website. Used the paypal option to pay. I never received any purchase information or tracking information from company. All my info came through emails sent through paypal. Tracking info sent my paypal said item arrived on a certain date. Item never arrived. Went to post office and as it turns out, tracking information provided has nothing to do with my address. No way item could have arrived. I contacted company twice and still haven’t received nay reply. I am fighting with paypal to get money back. They say, seller said item arrived so they wont refund my money. I informed them that the tracking info provided isn’t for my address. Still haven’t recived any contact from this company. They just took my 50.00 and never mailed me anything.
