I ordered shoes from the website www.coolnad.com on 3/29/2020. I emailed them on 4/8/2020 to inquire about my order. On 4/9/2020 they replied:
Dear customers,
Thank you for your messages.
I saw your order. We got your money by 2020/3/29. The preparation usually takes 8 – 15 days ,We will process quickly. If we send the package out to you, you will later receive a tracking link via email.
If you have any further questions about your order, please contact our customer service.

I said ok so I waited and emailed them again on 4/20/2020 and received no response. I emailed them again on 4/24/2020 and got no response. I emailed them again on 5/18/2020 and still no response. These people took my money and never delivered a product. They are on Facebook advertising and have a full website but they are just taking people’s money. Please do not purchase from them and to be safe, don’t purchase anything that is advertised on Facebook without doing a full blown investigation! It’s sad that you have these folks out here doing this but nothing is done about it at all!!!

I placed a shoe order with this company in March of 2020 and I emailed the company three weeks later to inquire about the status and they responded saying it takes 12 days to process however two weeks later I tried to email them again and my email was returned saying unknown domain/address…I then went back to the website and their entire email address and mailing address had been changed and their is no contact telephone number to reach them…I then resent another email with the new address that was on their website and it also was returned to me..I checked the website again and the email was then changed back to the original address and after several attempts to reach them they nerve responded..I never received my order even after my credit card was charged and I was not able to reverse the charges…after further investigation I later leaned that the website was only two months old and already had a negative review similar to mines…it’s now almost May and I still have not received my order nor have I had any of my emails answered
