Purchased a puppy so I thought from a family. Family said they took puppy to this shipping company. We paid $300 for plane ticket. To ship puppy . At 5:30 that night got another invoice from the shipping company for $800 said we had to pay for pet insurance in order to get the puppy off the plane. After approximately 25 plus phone
calls with Mark Bride from customer service I lost $300 and no puppy.
