Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 2 jerseys and paid for expedited shipping, on Dec 12th. I emailed they said order was processed, they use 5 other sites as well all have the same phone number and address. I didn’t realize that until after purchase was made. I have not received shipping info or another response by email since Sunday the 16th where they kept calling me friend and I have to understand that they are overwhelmed with orders so it will be longer. They stated I would get shipping info in a couple of days as it is now 4 days later. Still nothing…
