So, I went to line to find a inexpensive Sales Force, PMP and SharePoint course. I saw the price, I will not lie and then I called to confirm the price, and two speak with a real person. I called and sure enough a lady named Sharon talked with me and explained everything about the course what expect, and how the day would be broken up.

This was great, some nice answered on the other end. So, after we hung up I was already at the website I immediately signed up with my credit card. About, 20 minutes later I get a confirmation back and that said thank you for registering, and then asked me to pay $***. I was confused because I had already paid with my credit card.

So, I called and emailed again left a messages. So, the day before course I finally get Sharon who acted like I was bothering her. Every time I asked to clarify or give further instruction directions. It was I’m in the office, and I don’t have access to your information. I wanted two things a confirmation on her end that I paid, and directions which were not sent in the confirmation. She wanted me to click a link for the directions.

After that we finally get to the part where she says it didn’t matter because of the low attendance the course was cancelled. Now, this is the day before the course was going to happen. No phone call, no nothing.

So, two things folks the old saying goes ..If its too good to be true, it probably is. And, I just notice that I didn’t see her license number or LLC# at the bottom of that email.

Be careful out there!
