Please be advised there’s a company trying to collect on some kind of payday loan that I never even heard of, their threatening people with being served papers and telling them they’ll be wage garnished. When I tell them my Attorney is on a 3rd party line they get very rude and hang up. This company keeps switching their name every so often and has multiple phone numbers across the U.S i guess to be not so easily tracked

Rcvd call from 267 # stating CMS, Compliant Management Solutions was an arbitrator hired on behalf of Fox Enterprises Payday loan services who was suing me for the remainder of a payday loan the say I took. Claimed I would be charged with 2 counts of bank fraud. They knew my social security number. Asked for validation of debt so I could search bank records and they did not send me a valid notice. I attached what I was sent. They would not provide the date the debt was taken out or for how much, they would not give contact info for Fox Enterprises and they would not give me their company EIN.

When I searched for CMS no such company came up and a search for Fox Enterprises showed several other ScamPulse.com complaints and mentions of scams. Also all numbers were connected to other companies when called or disonnected and the ScamPulse.com site said all mail has been returned and unable to locate company.

I told them until I could get validation of debt I would not pay so they have indicated the will be pursuing charges against me.

I believe this to be a scam as the info they had was approximate 9 years old.
