The last couple of weeks I had received calls from several numbers which I could not answer as I was on a cruise. The number was 732 201 9484 with a callback number of 800 699 4895 They finally got hold of me and said they work with CIGNA to help get pre-approval for a new drug which would help my back pain. The company is called Complete Medical Solutions.They seemed to know all about my symptoms. They asked a number of questions about my health then the phone cut out. When I tried to call back the phone immediately goes to music as if the place no longer exists. I am very concerned as they took quite a bit of information although not my SSN. I went online to see complaints of people receiving drugs or equipment with bills as high at $8000. I need to know what I should do if I receive anything as I did not approve anything.
