Type of a scam Online Purchase

Refund / Exchange issue but also a False Advertising issue. I made a purchase, of 3 Door Draft Stoppers, on the clubfyve.com website (https://5yveclub.com/products/stopdraft) and a day later I decided to cancel the order. The product page on their website specifically indicates: "Our Guarantee: risk-free ironclad 15 day guarantee. If you don’t have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with you purchase. Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolute ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out. If you don’t like it, no hard feelings we’ll make it right" Upon contacting their support to cancel the order, I received a response that says "Sale items cannot be cancelled". Nowhere on their product web-page does it say the item purchased is a sale item and nowhere on the page does it indicate any exceptions to their advertised "risk-free ironclad 15 day guarantee" posted on their product page when purchasing. I replied to their email about no refunds for sale items with a screenshot of the product page with the guarantee, but they are no longer responding to me. Note: I do not know where this business is located other than online and contact via [email protected]
