I purchased a Premium Heating Lunch Box from Clipzio on February 1,2019 for $29.95 with a shipping fee of $4.95. I paid through my PayPal account and received an immediate "Thank You for your order" email without an actual order number. I have not received any product although their website says, "The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 14-45 business days for the United States and 20-45 business days internationally." I emailed them at the email above and contacted them through their website’s "Contact Us" form as well as called the bogus number listed on their site. I have not heard anything back from anyone and still haven’t received my product.
