Type of a scam Online Purchase

Website offered Lysol cleaning products. Placed an order, never received a confirmation email. Immediately attempted to contact the company. The phone number didn’t work and the address listed on the website was for another business. Started researching further and there were other people that were scammed by this fraudulent company. They appear to pop up on different websites under different names for a few weeks then disappear. They also eventually sent a "tracking" number for the Post Office (when the website stated DHL delivery) stating the package was delivered 8/15/20. Contacted the PO and they indicated the tracking number given was for a totally different address in California, MD but for a "package" under 1 oz. They said I would have to contact the merchant to resolve. Disputed the charge with my credit card company, the charge still went through so hoping to get it resolved with my credit card company.
