They claim my computer is infected with a virus, and is being hacked by multiple people. They identify the virus by Google search and claim not to know what it is until they read the description, then claim to be able to clear the virus and protect my system for $99.99 per year. Then I watch them go through and systematically remove all virus tracking software already installed and all the alarm systems. I confronted them and demanded they get out of my computer.
