They claimed to be a company recruiting workers to work from home doing data entry, medical billing, customer service, administrative assistant etc. the job was to pay $22 an hour with benefits. I found the original listing on a Facebook sale sight. The woman’s profile looked legit showing she went to a nearby college and high school, and listing the company as her employer. She referred me to the “job recruiter” to find out about the position and interview on google hangout. They expected me to buy a card to connect with other people in the company for training. I was also supposed to buy loads of software to do the job. All was to be reimbursed via direct deposit. They wanted direct deposit information, name, address, and a picture after being “hired”. They pressed me to buy the card right away so I could start the training the next morning. After I got suspicious the woman sent me a photo of her ID to ease my concerns.
