Type of a scam Online Purchase

After seeing this company in a Thrillist article, I placed an order online for moving boxes and supplies for same day delivery. The delivery never arrived, no call from them and no one showed up. I have not been able to reach anyone via phone or email. Their phone goes direct to voicemail and I have had no response to repeated requests for a full refund. I believe this business to be fraudulent and a scam.

They have a website which sells "same-day moving supplies." You order online. Not only do they not deliver same day, they don’t deliver AT ALL. They’re basically just taking people’s money and not delivering anything. It looks like from Yelp reviews that this isn’t a unique experience. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I’m out over $200 from using this website, it should really be taken down.
