He posted in facebook groups selling ecollars for dog training (Garmin, Dogtra, TriTronics, etc.). They were used, but in great shape supposedly. You would message him and he seemed legitimate. He asked for the money via Cash App or Walmart Transfer, but I chose Paypal and did it via friends and family tab. He kept messaging after my payment to keep me satisfied saying he shipped the collar, but I never received it. He then contacted me and said he needed ‘additional charges’ to get the shipment through. I kept trying to figure it out and he blocked me and deleted his social media account. His name on facebook was Cho Harris, but the Paypal account was to Richard Adams.
