Type of a scam Online Purchase
This company has a website of different clothes that are very intriguing and inexpensive but I just purchased a dress that looked nothing like the picture. In fact, it looks like they had someone in a warehouse in hong kong duplicate the dress with cheaper fabric and not lined at all. Such horrible quality.
When I asked for a return address to get a full refund. They tried to convince me that it will cost a lot to ship back and it’s the buyers responsibility so they offered a discount on another purchase and for me to give the dress to someone else. That sounds like a very sketchy company. Who says that?
I disputed the charge and my cc company immediately put the dispute in my favor. Sounds like this company is not a company that should be selling product especially on instagram or Facebook.
