They call two or three times a day with an automated call that says "hit 1 to speak with someone or we will send you to court", or "hit 1 to resolve a matter regarding a returned check from your bank". When you hit 1 the phone call ends. I called the number back and finally got a lady who said I had a bounced check from 1995. I asked for documentation and she texted me a photo of a check signed by my wife and made out to Winn Dixie. She texted me from 702-509-6995. I called my bank and they said it was a scam. I also called the ScamPulse.com who suggested I fill this out and that I was the 3rd caller recently with this type of complaint and they commented it was Winn Dixie as well.
