I purchased a Cricut Heatpress. With no reasoning my order was cancelled and "refunded." I have never had my money refunded and no answer from customer support. Complete scam artists. I have called the number associated with the charge to my card (209-730-8194) and it is a google voice number. I have emailed the so called company and inquired about my refund ([email protected]) and have never heard back. I looked up info in this website and the registration is not available to the public. Ultimately I called my bank and cancelled my card and placed my account on fraud alert. Filed a complaint with Visa as well.
