Type of a scam Debt Collections

I worked for this company. They claim they are a law office they have changed their name at least twice that I know of and they also change their telephone number every six weeks. They use scare tactics such as they will end up in court and have to pay additional fees and fines and if they don"t show up to court it will be a failure to appear and a warrant will be issued for their arreat, to get clients to pay a debt that has passed the statue of limitations.
