Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

So I received a call from a block number yesterday close to 5pm. It was Theresa Billing Senior Loan Consultant . When you call back it asks to enter extension also gives option of fax. Now She stated I had been approved for a loan 5,000 . I could either have someone cosign , do a collateral payment , or get credit insurance . She was seriously leaning towards cosigner but i didnt have one so she said i could do collateral. Now after that she sent over contract. It seemed legit i even had a friend look it over. Luckily i work for a firm. The building where this business is supposedly located has no recollection of them ever being there the suite is actually vacant and has been for sometime now. When you ask Theresa Billing to speak to another representative or even her manager . She does not comply . They wont even give you their business license number . CA .gov does not have them listed as a business. You’ll find zero reviews complaints etc online simply their website with "testimonies" . I highly believe they are a scammer which is why i didnt send a 600.00 payment to them .
