she said she was trying to help me get credit on over charges on our merchant account. she did not have any of my merchant services account. i told her that. i did hang up and she called me back to tell me how rude i was. first of all, if she was an actual company of my merchant services, she would have know the name of the company i use, NO!!! she did not. she made it sounds like there is no way she was a scam and was only trying to help me and would put a notice on my account that i refused help. these people are just lying. they want to get your information and are not calling from the company you deal with. i am so tired of being nice to these people when i know they are scam companies!!!
