Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I was looking for some relief from bills and when I applied to this company I was emailed a couple days later saying my application was approved and that a rep would be in contact. I was contacted shortly after and advised that I qualified for a loan of 60k and all I had to do was send insurance coverage for the loan because of my poor credit of $8250 which I did and nothing has been released into my acct. everytime I contact the company I am told that everything is released and the paperwork is being sent and to keep checking my acct for the funds but nothing has happened for the past 2 days. Is this a scam and what is my next steps
