Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I was contacted by someone who said they could get my student loans deleted. For a fee of course, but then I started to get collection calls from a new company who is taking over my student loans and so I contacted this company to ask about it but NEVER got a response and forgot about it feeling they were going to let me alone. However today I got an angry, heated phone call from a company that claims this company sent me to collections for the "non-refundable" fee plus additional fees. This is not right this company did nothing and to charge a fee for them doing NOTHING is wrong. Someone like me does not have money to pay for my student loans let alone a false fee. Please help.
