Type of a scam Credit Cards

I have a small business making dog treats. The following is an email I randomly received via my business email account:

"Hello Sales,

I would like to express my interest in some products Listed on your website, i am From Austria but i have lived over 20 years in US, i want to purchase some of the items on your website and then send it home to Austria as i am planning to relocate back to Austria soon.Before i place this order, i want you to notify me if i am able to place the order and most important if i can make payment with my credit cards Visa/Mc because that is the only way i am set for payment without no delay. I don’t place online orders ,can i e-mail my ORDER needed then you can give me a quote here and make charges to my cards manually on your end?

Pls Clarify. Looking forward to your swift response then we can proceed further as soon as possible.

I responded saying that I could help. He responded saying that he wanted to order 200 pcs of my chicken product. And shipped to Austria. I don’t sell by the pcs…Things were already getting fishy. I keep asking for a US shipping address. He hasn’t responded to that part. I haven’t actually made anything for him, and I don’t plan to. I wish I had a fun way to end this…
