Called to offer to make old car loan go away for a fee to file court papers. Made arrangements for 4 payments. Never received any paper work. Called 3 time with last call saying they were not taking calls on that number. Almost 2 months later still no paperwork. Of course I changed my debit card number as I suspected scam. Just got a call from same man threatening now I will be taken to court. He had SS# said subpoenas will arrive at home and work as well as garnishments using SS#. Amounts he stated were not the same as her originally stated. If he wanted to scare me it is working.

They called me about a car I got repossessed in 2012. They wanted $19,000, they said I owed that money. They said they’d settle for $1,280. I sent the money via MoneyGram and through my debit account ($1000 through MoneyGram and today $280 from my debit account).
