Type of a scam Online Purchase

This scammer is selling CBD oil and other products for $4.95 and $89.95, including "memberships", but they don’t deliver the goods, and they don’t respond to e-mails or phone calls. At least a dozen people have done a google search for "CBD" and "WOW" trying to find out who charged them, and instead found our legitimate business, and complained to us about getting refunds. But we don’t sell anything with a credit card (we have no card machine), nor do we sell anything over the internet, nor do we ship or deliver anything. This scam has really ramped up in the past two weeks, and we’re now getting 3 calls a week on this.
