Type of a scam Credit Cards

Called on cell phone stating due to being a good customer and paying my card bill on time and more than the minimum payment due I qualified for reduced interest rate on my credit card. Had information from my credit card, knew my payment amounts and quite a bit of information. When I started to ask questions they got mad and started cussing me out and then hung up the phone. When I called the number back 877 847 2911 recording stated that I had reached a number that could not be reached from my calling area. I called customer services for both Mastercard accounts and comprised those accounts. If that happens to you I suggest you do the same. It I scary out here.
