Type of a scam Employment

I received a message like it was from ATT sponsor. It says it was from minute maid orange juice company offering to pay $550 a week to put a banner on your vehicle for up to six month and do usual driving. I received a text from address number like 4100006like how atT sends messages, saying the check was sent ups and to deposit it and take the other portion out and send to a coordinato/ detailer who would be in contact to put banner on.

I didn’t understand why they keep saying Deposit the check like why can’t it be cashed and then given to person. So I googled and saw the bank BBVA COMPASS address 1000 Main St , Suite 100, Houston, TX 77002… Has been reported for scams… And they text asking have I deposited the check while doing this report….
