I ordered a canvas here for Christmas for my mom, the payment went through. Two days later her PayPal account was flagged as being used in a questionable manner. I have been emailing back and fourth to Canvas In House only setting a couple of replies. One saying they “did not have an order for me.” I had the order number screenshotted from when I completed my order. I have not heard back from them.

This company portrays itself a American company but it’s really Chinese,I payed for canvass art to be notified it was being shipped from China. A month passed and I received a email claiming product was delivered on 11/20/19 it was NOT! Till this day NOTHING ! I complained and I received another email saying the support department would contact me but I received nothing come to find out there’s more complaints about this company from other customers stating the same,this company is not what it says it is.

This company grossly misrepresents their products. There is no phone number listed. They have a email contact only, and it’s a robotic email response. They give you a tracking number, but you cannot track the product.
