On 12/3/2015 I received a call on my cell phone from a man with a heavy accept telling me that he was from the IRS, that the IRS was reviewing my past income tax returns, and that I was in "serious" trouble and potentially subject to "severe" penalties. I immediately ended the call and added the caller’s number to my call blocking app.
