I purchased 4 items from this company. 1 was damaged when it arrived. I tried numerous times to reach them and have not received a response to my many emails. Their phone number that shows up on the billing statement is now disconnected. When I first called, it worked and advised customers to email: [email protected] with any customer service related issues. On their website, it says to email [email protected] — which bounces back to me as not a valid email address.
