Type of a scam Online Purchase

BuyOnlineClass.con comes off as a professional website. A man with a fake picture and name of “William Jackson” messages you asking about the class you are getting “help” with, tells you it will be a $200 deposit to “start” the class, then later comes to you with a much larger amount (he told me $4500) that you will need to pay for him to “finish the class”. I payed $200 via debit card, I continuously messaged “Mr. Jackson” wondering why no progress was being done on my online class. At first, he replied saying he will get back with me soon and send screenshots with the progress. I never recieved any screenshots, a month has gone by and still no progress done. When you call the number on the website the same man always answers and when you tell him your concerns he assures you it will be taken care of ASAP. I called asking for my $200 refund since I never recieved the service I payed for, he played it off and assured me that he would get back with me, but just as expected, he never does. Next, I get a letter in the mail that my credit card is being turned off and I’m recieving a new one because fraud has been attempted. Do not use BuyOnlineClass.com!! It is a scam that comes off as professional service. $200 was stolen from me and I’m lucky there wasn’t anymore money on my card or he would have taken all of it!
