Type of a scam Online Purchase

Initially website seems fairly legit but there are a few discrepancies: 1. unsecure website 2. unknown physical address 3. lack of business phone number 4. No email address 5. No web presence-they are not listed or mentioned anywhere else on the world wide web with the exception of their own website.

Payment is done through PayPal.

Despite the website appearing official please do not be fooled. I waited over a month for my product or plausible explanation and received neither.

This is what occurred: After 10 days and no goods I reached out to them. They explained-

"Our sincere apologies for the non-responsiveness. Yahoo (our e-mail service provider) recently upgraded our mailbox to their new platform and unfortunately "misplaced" 10 days worth of our e-mails. We have worked vigorously to recover all of the misplaced e-mails and are now working through the backlog in the order in which they were received. Sorry for any inconvenience this caused and thank you for your patronage.

We have processed and mailed your order via USPS First Class Mail."

After six days I complained to them that the whole process was taking far too long and that I wished to be compensated appropriately.

They replied asking me to confirm my order and that was their last communication with me.

I replied asking them to verify the delivery address. No response from them. I then gave them 48 hours to present a reasonable solution. Still no response. I then asked them for a refund and surprise no response from them.

This whole experience has lasted 30 days from the time that I am writing this complaint, today is April 10, 2019.

I like to think of myself as an optimistic and patient individual but realistically I don’t think I will be hearing from them anymore…
