My mom (75) and not computer savvy got a call from these "brothers tech" and they threatened to charge her credit card $899 which of course got her attention and when she asked why they said it was because of a contract she signed, she hung up and they called back yelling at her, the hang up game went on for 15-20 mins of him calling back and saying things like "if you hang up again I will just charge your card" and "if you hang up again I will not call back" of which my mom said "GOOD"! and hung up, by the time he called back my mother was in such a mess, crying and frazzled and not thinking clearly they had her so worked up and she was afraid of loosing hundreds of dollars (she is on a fixed income), the guy on the phone even went as far as saying "don’t cry; I do have a heart"… Oh Brother! My mom immediately called and cancelled her card, new one was issued however the pending charge was moved to the new card… Brother’s Tech went as far as calling my mom for the next several days; thank god she didn’t answer. The even wrote their own review online in my mom’s name saying she was extremely satisfied with their service and how awesome they were… Really?! they then wrote my mom an email stating that she was going to receive a refund….YAY RIGHT… another scam…. Do not answer the phone to 1-800.935.0764….The mans name was Jacob and he bullied my mom into a $399 charge and got it…. Beware!
