Receiving harassing calls and fax from a company by the name of Brinkman James & Associates. Claiming to take legal actions against me for an payday loan. When I contact the company they are claiming to represent, the company states they have never heard of such. These people, then go into sending a fax to my place of employment; requesting personal information. The number they are calling from is 1-866-272-5638 and the representative name is Daniel O’Collins or O’Conner.
