Type of a scam Debt Collections

Someone from Tarrant County called and left a message that said they were a process server and we had to call the complainant at 844-835-6958 using a code given. The person who answered "Anthony" said they were a debt collector for a bad debt and if we didn’t pay immediately they would double the amount tomorrow. I told them to send me written documentation and never received anything. These people called me, my husband, and my in-laws all about the same thing. Anthony just keeps telling me that the information was sent and he was waiting to hear that we got it. I think this is a total scam. Scary!
