Type of a scam Tech Support

Individual, Daniel Smith ID DS50754, claimed the business wished to refund amt paid for service into my .. bank account. Upon gaining entry into the account he then transferred money from credit card acct to checking acct and claimed it was from his bank. The amount of refund was to be 500.00 but instead transferred 5000.00. Claiming the money came from his bank then demanded that I send him 4500.00. I refused, called the bank and corrected the felonious transfer and closed the online banking. Supposed manager’s name is Mark Benson.
