BXXXX low balls the quote on renovations to get himself the job. Once working he will consistently tell you he needs money for more materials and jack the original pricing up. Never provides receipt. Runs off with your money after a few days of minor work. No materials found at job site. He got us for over a grand in "material costs". Job is incomplete.
