Type of a scam Online Purchase
I inquired about a puppy that I wanted to adopt. He told me to go to Western Union, but I know that is a popular means for scammers to avoid being traced after they steal your money. This is not a reputable breeder and I am certain he is from outside the country.
I asked him if I could pay with other methods knowing he would say no. I was correct. This man is a scammer.
