Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a harvest table from them in September 2015. Table wasn’t delivered until late November and by end of December it had split down the middle. I contacted them and they promised a replacement within 3 weeks. It’s May and I’m still waiting. They do not answer phone calls or emails. I have looked online and read other reviews where he has done the same thing. He takes the money upfront and then does not deliver. He posts on kijiji and Facebook and Instagram.
