I received a call from an "unknown" number that left a voicemail to call 866-316-0761 and left a case number with 7 numbers dash and 2 letters. i called and a man answered and transferred me to their legal department he says. The lady informs me that I am being sued and that the Hamilton County Ohio processor failed to get my signature and leave the summons and paperwork. It was for Capitol one, Never had a credit card from them. $4320.00 and would settle for half today either by phone or on their website. If it went to court then it would be $13000.00. The lady said that I failed to continue the payments of $52.00 a month and asked why? I told her I don’t know because I never had a Capitol one Credit card. The lady referenced that she never asked for info, she supplied it, which she did. The lady referenced my address, phone number, full name and social security number, scary they knew all that.
