Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I was shopping Advance Auto online and a survey from bizrate popped up about the Advance Auto site. Complete survey to enter for $25 gift card. I completed the survey and "won" 4 free magazine subscriptions. I filled out the form, entered my shipping info and clicked submit. A new page pops up requesting my credit card info and $8 processing fee for the subscriptions. I closed the screen and exited Advance Auto. A little while later I receive an email from bizrate regarding my account and another survey to complete. I clicked unsubscribe and it took me to a website to close my account. This survey site is misleading to say the least.
