This company advertises its product for a small amount but fails to inform you that they will continue to send you their product monthly and deduct the money from your account at a rate approximately $80 more than the initial “sample” bottle you were led to believe you were purchasing. Trying to cancel is a nightmare as they put you on hold indefinitely and then conveniently state that they can’t cancel because they “ have no record of your account.”

I am calling my bank and having the deposits cancelled immediately and filing a small claims suit against the company. Their tactics are shameful and a violation of the Consumer Protection Act.
