Consumer rcd a letter in the mail from Billtrust Financial Corporation that they had won 2nd place in the European, African and USA consumer sweepstake promotional draw.
They were told they had won $250,000 US from the sweepstakes that was held on March 29, 2015.
They were instructed to deposit a check sent by them in the amount of $3,950. This was provided to pay their processing fee, which was $3,600.
