Type of a scam Online Purchase

Attempted to contact this company several times by a few different means without success. Initially, reached out to them immediately following my order per their return policy which allows you 2 hours from purchase to return/exchange. I was going to actually just correct and purchase more, but the number provided by text received no response, so I tried a second number the day after–no response again. Then after a few emails without hearing back I called the number listed on their website–it’s not in service and has not been the few times I tried calling over different days. Now the website has removed all the product they were selling and the address that was found through my Amex was listed as a Santa Monica, CA address, but the phone number is Florida based and also the address is to a pet hospital, not a retailer. (??) Also, the text they send you immediately following your order with your order details is now no longer working, it comes up as an "error page"
